The new year always brings new goals and aspirations. If yours is to run the world, come to Gilde and at least run a part of it with our run club that takes off on Wednesdays at 6:30PM.

We’ll have 1, 3, and 5-mile routes to keep it simple, and runners will have the opportunity to share a beer after. Anyone of any level—running, walking, or crawling—is invited out!

Think fast, drink slow. Our weekly trivia night is your chance to show off your smarts while sipping on some of the best bier in Charlotte.

Join us every Thursday at 7 PM for a fun, laid-back competition where the questions are clever, the prizes are solid, and the beer is always cold. Teams of all sizes are welcome, and yes—your group chat rivals are invited too.

Think you’ve got the strength to outlast your friends? Prove it at Steinholding Saturdays. 🍺

Join us every Saturday for our weekly steinholding competition, where bragging rights are earned one second at a time. New to the game? We’ll show you the ropes during our tutorial at 5:30PM before the competition kicks off at 6PM sharp.

Just purchase the bier you compete with, lock in, and see how long you can hold strong.

This isn’t just for one night, either. Winners throughout the season will battle it out for the ultimate prize: a trip to Helen, GA — the Alpine Village of Georgia and a little slice of Germany right here in the States. The ultimate winner is decided the last Saturday in October.

Sundays are meant to be easy.

This edition of our Brewer's Dinner takes guests on a culinary road trip down the East Coast, with each course inspired by the flavors and traditions of a different destination. As you meander from stop to stop, every dish will be thoughtfully paired with one of our handcrafted biers to create a dining experience that's both delicious and memorable.

Throughout the evening, Chef Bruce Florio and Brewer Willi Wallstab will guide guests through each pairing, sharing the inspiration, techniques, and craftsmanship behind every beer and every course. It's an opportunity to hear directly from the creators while discovering how thoughtful pairings can elevate both food and bier.

Whether you're a craft beer enthusiast, a passionate foodie, or simply looking for a unique night out, this one-night-only event offers a fresh take on the classic pairing dinner.

The Murder Mystery Company creates a fully interactive theater experience, where the audience becomes part of the investigation.

As soon as guests arrive at the venue, they are greeted by actors already in character and introduced to the story. Some guests may even be selected to play suspects in the mystery.

During the evening you will:
