This is a good german restaurant and the beer is very decent. Order the Pork. Also all the apps look great although we only ordered the smoked fish toast thing.
This place is truly excellent. I am more of a liquor drinker, but I tried three different beers and loved them all. The food here is high quality and delicious. The staff was also outstanding. If you haven't been here yet you need to give it a try...

Our story began in Hannover, Germany in 1546 by our founder, Cord Broyhan. We bring over 475 years of brewery history to charlotte serving up an authentic experience through our brauhaus, German cuisine, and bier! We offer traditional German food and German food in your charlotte neighborhood. We have multiple events every month, capacity for private events, catering of our food, and distribution of our canned biers at your local grocer.
