Every Tuesday

Make Tuesdays a family night at Gilde Brewery!

Kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entrée, so bring the whole crew, grab a bier for you and soda for them, and enjoy dinner together!

Every Wednesday

When can you get $3 beers?

Every W3dnesday, cool off with our crisp Pilsener cans for just $3 —perfect for beating the heat without breaking the bank!

Every Wednesday

The new year always brings new goals and aspirations. If yours is to run the world, come to Gilde and at least run a part of it with our run club that takes off on Wednesdays at 6:30PM.

We’ll have 1, 3, and 5-mile routes to keep it simple, and runners will have the opportunity to share a beer after. Anyone of any level—running, walking, or crawling—is invited out!

For our routes check out our dedicated website at www.1546runners.com.

Other perks:

🍺1¢ for your first bier

🍔 $5 burgers to restore that caloric deficit

🍷 1/2 off bottles of wine for your friends who don’t want to run but want to hang (and for those who do want to run but want wine over bier)

Can’t wait to see y’all soon. Prost!

Every Wednesday

Remember playing with those colorful magnetic letters as a kid? Turns out, they’re even more fun with a beer in your hand! So we’re bringing them back… but with a grown-up twist!😉

Join us for Hella-Spell™ a playful, easy game, where friends race to spell simple words using colorful magnetic letters at their table.

No need to be a spelling champion and no need to stand up in front of anyone. No scary words. No spotlight. No pressure. Just lots of LAUGHS, DRINK SPECIALS and PRIZES with a game anyone can enjoy.

When: Wednesdays

Game begins: 7:00 p.m.

Where: Gilde Brewery, 3530 Dewitt Lane, Charlotte, NC 28217

Admission: Free

Tapestry Entertainment brings people together through karaoke, music bingo, trivia, and Hella-Spell™—an original experience that reimagines an adult spelling game for fast-paced fun designed for breweries, bars, and social venues.

Every Thursday

Think fast, drink slow. Our weekly trivia night is your chance to show off your smarts while sipping on some of the best bier in Charlotte.

Join us every Thursday at 7 PM for a fun, laid-back competition where the questions are clever, the prizes are solid, and the beer is always cold. Teams of all sizes are welcome, and yes—your group chat rivals are invited too.

Brains, brews, and bragging rights. See you there.

Every Friday

On Fridays, swing by after work for Big Frank Fridays! Grab a tasty frank for only $3 🌭 from 4–7PM. Make it full German with the addition of sauerkraut for $.50 more!

It’s the ideal way to kick off your weekend at Gilde Brewery!

Every Saturday

Think you’ve got the strength to outlast your friends? Prove it at Steinholding Saturdays. 🍺

Join us every Saturday for our weekly steinholding competition, where bragging rights are earned one second at a time. New to the game? We’ll show you the ropes during our tutorial at 5:30PM before the competition kicks off at 6PM sharp.

Just purchase the bier you compete with, lock in, and see how long you can hold strong.

This isn’t just for one night, either. Winners throughout the season will battle it out for the ultimate prize: a trip to Helen, GA — the Alpine Village of Georgia and a little slice of Germany right here in the States. The ultimate winner is decided the last Saturday in October.

Grab your crew, test your endurance, and may the strongest arm win.

Prost, y’all.

Every Sunday

There's no better way to wrap up the weekend than with Sunday Funday at Gilde.

Spend the day in the taproom or out on the patio with $5 draft beers, $5 mimosas, and our signature $1 wings special with a minimum order of 10 wings and a choice of up to two sauces from Buffalo, Honey Mustard, Garlic Parmesan, Thai Chili, or Plain.

Whether you're catching the game, meeting friends for a laid-back afternoon, enjoying a casual date, or simply squeezing the last bit out of the weekend, Sunday Funday brings together great food, cold drinks, and the welcoming atmosphere Gilde is known for.

The food special is available for dine-in only, while supplies last.

Good food. Great beer. A Sunday well spent.
